• You will receive a confirmation voucher with further details after your booking.
• All participants must present a valid ID (passport/driver’s licence) to be admitted to the Colosseum.
• Travellers without an identification document may not be allowed to enter.
• Guests under 18 years old must also carry a passport/valid ID.
• Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before the experience starts to complete check-in and security formalities.
• Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing, as a moderate amount of walking is required.
• The tour will start once inside the Colosseum; the group will leave the meeting point 10 minutes before the starting time.
• Security check lines cannot be skipped.
• Entrance to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill is included in the group ticket.
• The Colosseum experience is wheelchair-accessible; the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill are not wheelchair-accessible.

Security & Entry Restrictions

For the safety and security of all visitors:

• Sharp objects (knives, cutters, or any pointed items) are strictly prohibited
• Pens and any ink materials are not allowed inside
• Only backpacks are permitted inside the Colosseum
• Luggage, trolleys, and rolling bags are not allowed
• Any kind of food is prohibited; only drinking water is allowed inside the Colosseum

• If canceled due to weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund

Meeting Point

Location: Arch of Constantine, Via di San Gregorio, 00186 Rome

• Easily reachable by cab or public transport
• A few steps away from the Colosseum metro station – exit, cross the road, and walk straight
• Our staff will be holding a blue flag with the Bay Routes logo
• They will wait for you on the side of the Arch of Constantine opposite the Colosseum
• Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled start time

Cancellation Policy

• We purchase your tickets and register your entrance exactly 3 days before your tour date.
• Your ticket is registered in your name with the Colosseum Authorities and can only be issued once.
• Once purchased and associated with your name, the ticket cannot be cancelled or transferred to another person.

Amendments

• Amendments (changes of date/time) are allowed up to 3 days before the tour date, after the booking is confirmed.
• After this time, amendments are not allowed.

No-Show & Late Arrival

• In case of a no-show or late arrival at the meeting point, the tour is non-refundable and non-changeable.

Cancellations by the Monument Administration

• If the tour is canceled due to poor weather or other decisions by the monument administration:
  • You will be offered an alternative date or
  • A partial refund, depending on the services already provided
